The people associated with this group are inquiring about potential compliance with recent COVID vaccine mandates. We have found that there is broad desire to be fully informed and appraised of ALL of the facts before deciding how to proceed. Rather than communicate these questions separately, this group has decided to ask these questions collectively in the public square. With this in mind, we are asking you to provide the following information, in accordance with statutory legal requirements to support informed consent for those who are considering the impact of compliance with the recent mandate:

  • Can you please advise of the legal status of any vaccine and if it is experimental?
  • Can you please provide details and assurances that the vaccine has been fully, independently and rigorously tested against control groups and the subsequent outcomes of those tests?
  • Can you please advise the entire list of contents of the approved vaccines that are available to be received, and whether any of those ingredients are toxic to the body?
  • Can you please fully advise of all the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine since it’s introduction?
  • Can you please confirm that the vaccine you are advocating is NOT experimental mRNA gene altering therapy?
  • Can you please confirm that I will not be under any duress from yourselves as my employers, in compliance with the Nuremberg Code?
  • Can you please advise me of the likely risk of fatality, should I be unfortunate to contract COVID19, and the likelihood of recovery, both without a vaccine, and with one of the vaccines?
  • Can you please advise me as to the vaccine manufacturers’ liability, if I were to experience any adverse reactions? If the manufacturer will not be held liable, will you, my employer, assume responsibility & liability, as it is your decision to “follow the guidance” and require that employees take the vaccine in order to avoid punitive measures, including termination?

Once the above information is provided in full and those who have expressed these concerns are satisfied there is NO threat to their health, many of these employees have expressed willingness to take a vaccine, under the conditions that:

  • These assurances are provided either via a public answering of these questions, or in writing to any individuals that references this group request
  • You confirm in writing that those who receive the vaccines will suffer no harm.
  • The assurance is signed by a fully-qualified licensed, practicing physician who will take full legal and financial responsibility for any injuries occurring to myself, and/or from any interactions by authorized personnel regarding these procedures.
In the event that I should have to decline the offer of vaccination, please confirm that it will not compromise my position and that I will not suffer prejudice and discrimination as a result? The individuals associated with this request would also advise that their inalienable rights are reserved.
