Lions for Liberty is a Private Member Association.
The Lions for Liberty Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Lions for Liberty Association (“Organization”) and “Member” (named below), and goes into effect as of the date of completion of this form. General information regarding membership benefits and responsibilities is summarized here.
Member Benefits
As of part of membership in the Organization, Member is entitled to the following benefits:
- Discounts on Lions for Liberty and partner events
- Access to services and products of other members (transactions arranged in the private domain)
- Access to engage with content at www.libertylens.news (currently in development).
- Ability to serve as a contributor or editor on www.libertylens.news.
- Other member-to-member benefits, as opportunities arise.
Membership Dues
Initially there are no dues for basic membership to the Organization, though some services and products may eventually incur a transactional cost.
Restrictions
The Member agrees that they will not:
- Members comprise an association that seeks to operate freely in the private domain. Goods and services are offered and exchanged in good faith, and the burden of accuracy. In service to these principles and values, members will not hold other members or Organization liable for any damages, unless it is established that willful deceit underlies such damages.
- Reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members.
- Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions.
- Share their login information with non-members.
Liability
The Member will not hold the Organization liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.
Organization does not provide any warranty for the goods or services provided by any other member. The Member agrees that the Organization cannot guarantee any results from their membership, or information or services provided. Any results that might occur through the membership and transactions with other members, whether negative or positive, are the benefit and / or consequence of the Member’s own personal decisions. Member is encouraged to practice due diligence when procuring goods and services from any other member.
Privacy
The Organization will not share any private personal information about the Member with other members, non-members or any third parties without their prior consent.
Membership Termination
The Organization has a right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated. The Member can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason and will not be charged (if charges are pending) for their next billing cycle.
By signing below, the Member confirms that they have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the full Agreement, and that they are supportive of our Mission, Vision, and Values.
