By becoming a member of LIONS FOR LIBERTY ASSOCIATION, [hereinafter “LFLA”], I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. L4LA’s purpose is advancing the cause of human liberty and furthering the upliftment, enlightenment, spiritual realization, and general welfare of people throughout the world, and other spiritual, humanitarian, and beneficent purposes.
  2. L4LA is a creation of free men and women to have a refuge from public life and to associate in the private domain according to their ministry and talents.
  3. L4LA is a platform on which members may, to advance L4LA’s purpose, conduct all manner of business with L4LA, members, and other associations – keeping all business in the private domain and utilizing the protections thereof.
  4. L4LA is a private, unincorporated ministry established under the common law, not statutes nor regulations, which are creations of public government for public life. Was with many Private Membership Associations, L4LA exists outside the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives, as protected by law.
  5. L4LA lawfully stands on the authority our Creator gives to free men and women as revealed in the holy Scriptures, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution of the United States of America, the constitutions of the several states of the union, and the Charter of Rights of Canada.
  6. Members claim the right to freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather in association to assert our rights protected by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes.
  7. Members claim the right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate themselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by our Creator, our almighty God, and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes.
  8. Members decide for themselves which members qualify to provide them counsel concerning all matters, including but not limited to, physical, spiritual, healthcare, law, and may contract with fellow members for counsel, advice, services, etc.
  9. Members claim the freedom and privacy to choose and provide the types of services and information they think best for diagnosing, treating, and preventing illness and disease and for achieving and maintaining optimum wellness, as well as the freedom to choose any types of assistance in lawful matters, and any other private business activity.
  10. L4LA will recognize as a member any person(s), natural or otherwise (irrespective of any immutable attribute) who has joined L4LA or its social media groups and has agreed to the terms of membership, providing said person has not been sanctioned, exercised, or otherwise banned by L4LA.
  11. Members of attest to their alignment with the values of L4LA.
  12. L4LA is protected by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and outside the jurisdiction and authority of federal and state agencies and authorities concerning complaints or grievances against L4LA, members, or other staff persons. Al rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an L4LA designee, committee, or tribunal and will be waived by the member for the benefit of L4LA and its members.
  13. I voluntarily agree to join L4LA, a private ministerial association under common law, governed by ecclesiastical law as interpreted by L4LA, whose members seek to help each other achieve a better quality of life.
  14. With respect to my relations with L4LA and its members, I regard my capacity as that of a private member associating freely, not a public person.
  15. My activities within L4LA are a private contractual matter that I am under no obligation to share with agencies in the public domain.
  16. I agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of L4LA unless that member has intentionally exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil or harm when they had knowledge and understanding that they were doing so. I understand that L4LA does not condone or permit any activities that would reasoably be characterized as such.
  17. I enter into this agreement of my own free will, without pressure or coercion. I affirm I do not represent any local, state or federal agency whose purpose is to regulate, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment, or investigation.
  18. I have read and understood this document.
  19. I understand that I may withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this Association at any time, and that my membership may be revoked if I engage in behavior that, at the discretion of L4LA, is in any way harmful to L4LA, or deemed by L4LA to be abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing towards any other member of the Association.
  20. This document consists of the entire membership agreement.
  21. I agree this contract began on the date of my joining L4LA. I declare that by joining L4LA and/or L4LA’s websites and/or social media group(s), I have carefully read this document and I understand and agree with it.
